An evening with Redbreast

Is Redbreast the most beloved brand in all of Irish whiskey? Very possibly - even non-whiskey folks know of Redbreast and it's wonderful flavour profiles. We were delighted to welcome Matthew Smyth from Irish Distillers to Browne's 45 in Gorey in June 2026 to present to us, and what a presentation he had.

Incredible lineup

Matthew walked the attendees through the range from Redbreast 12 through the ages and finishing with the incredible Redbreast 27. We did detour slightly to take on board the Redbreast Moscatel cask finish which is the fifth release in their Iberian cask series.

The preparation

We were delighted to welcome a full house of just over 60 attendees to enjoy the event and Matthew was a great presenter and very professional.
